Our team went to our local Boys and Girls Club to demonstrate our robot. We went and demonstrated all of the things it can do, and let the kids at the club try their hand at driving. We wanted to spread awareness of FIRST, FIRST Tech Challenge, and STEM, and we succeeded. The kids finished our presentation excited and interested, and they even asked us how they could start their own team.
Members of our team went to Harris’ Engineering Week event to show off our robot and talk about FIRST. We had a great time and our table had lots of visitors.
